(1) Handover of Precast Concrete Products to Owner
-Confirm and record concrete products condition before delivery from the factory to the client’s site
-Confirm and record concrete products loading conditions before ship-out
-Confirmand record concrete products conditions after delivery to client’s site
-Official handover document procedure at client’s site
-Coordinate with owner, subcontractor and logistic company for safe and on-time transportation
-Minor repair work of concrete products at factory and at client’s site
(2) Recording of Precast Concrete Products at Owner’s stock area and project site
-Record and map concrete products identification numbers at client’s site
-Renumber identification numbers if it becomes invisible at client’s site
-Coordinate with owner and follow owner’s requirement to work at safe
(3) Support QC/ QA and Production of Precast Concrete Products in factory, Long An
(4)Visit 3rdparty laboratory or suppliers locations for bringing concrete or steel material for test, material test witness and receive test results

- Regular working hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:30AM to 4:30PM
- Overtime: While regular office hours are the norm, you may have to arrive for transportation to work at 6:30 in HCMC or you can directly arrive at work at 7:30.
Overtime about 1 to 2 hours /day is highly likely.
If you work in Long An, transportation between HCMC and Long An is provided.
Transportation in HCMC is also provided for business transportation.
- Probation Period 60days (Salary on probation shall be 90% of official salary)
- Annual bonus, amounts one month a year (If less than one year working for the company, the amount will be prorated)
- Project bonus,equal to 0.1 to 0.35 month salary at the end of project if project is successful.
- When working in Long An, We will provide allowance equal to one hour overtime a day for total of 2 way transportation from HCM to Long An and from Long An to HCM
- When working at an office in HCMC, parking for motorbike is provided
- Lunch is not provided when working at office, Lunch is provided when working at factory
- Contract until end of Project, estimated abound March to April, 2019
