Who we are
Hoi An Express Travel (HAE) is a Vietnam based travel company, run by a dedicated team of professional holiday planners, to provide you with high quality, high value holidays with an emphasis on personalized and attentive service.
History
The roots of our company began back in 2002 when Mr Huy Lam Nguyen founded the HCMC based JVC (Japanese Vietnam Company) together with a Japanese business partner with the aim of providing quality tours in Vietnam to Japanese tourists. Later that year the Japanese partner left to pursue a different path, so Mr Huy restructured the company, widening its services to be offered to all nationalities. The name Hoi An Express was chosen since Hoi An is Mr Huy’s home town and one of the most peaceful and beautiful towns in Vietnam. The express part of the company name reflects the core business objective of providing service that is not only high quality, but also prompt.
In 2002 Vietnam was very new to tourism and the vast majority of visitors to Vietnam travelled in pre-arranged, fixed-location group tours arranged prior to arrival. Hoi An Express wanted to offer more flexibility to visitors to Vietnam and thus became the first company to offer Daily Tours booked from Hotel Tour Desks in 2003.
Being pioneers in the concept of daily tours led us to be the Number 1 Tour company in Vietnam, with the highest amount of Tour Desks in Vietnam.
Present Day
We now have daily tours in HCMC, Hoi An, Hanoi and Da Nang and have expanded our services to include multi-day tours to Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Thailand. We receive more than 1 million daily tour customers annually and over a 1000 multi-day guests per year.

Our high-end, high value travel services focus on the Southeast Asia regions that we know and love the most, namely the sub-regions of the Mekong; Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Myanmar.

- Giới thiệu và bán tour cho khách tại các khách sạn / văn phòng của công ty các sản phẩm, dịch vụ, chương trình tour du lịch tại Việt Nam mà công ty cung cấp :vé máy bay, vé xe buýt, đặt khách sạn, thuê xe , v.v.
- Báo cáo doanh thu cuối mỗi ca làm việc… hoặc có phát sinh.
- Theo dõi thu đủ tiền của khách book dịch vụ do mình bán.
- Bàn giao tiền cho ca sau / cho thủ quỹ tránh thất thoát.
- Theo dõi các dịch vụ thực hiện cho khách do mình trực tiếp bán và / hoặc đang đi tour trong giờ làm việc của mình.
- Kế hợp với Trưởng bộ phận / Trưởng Nhóm giải quyết, kiểm soát được các sự cố, khiếu nại của khách hàng … rơi vào dịch vụ mình bán / đang tham gia giải quyết.
- Liên hệ với các đối tác khác ngoài các khách tại bàn tour để giới thiệu dịch vụ của công ty.
- Làm việc theo sự phân công và sắp xếp lịch làm việc của Trưởng bộ phận / Trưởng Nhóm
- Đi công tác đến các tỉnh khác hoặc nước ngoài theo yêu cầu của cấp trên nhằm phục vụ cho công việc phát triển kinh doanh của công ty.
- Các công việc khác / các dự án của công ty theo sự phân công của cấp trên.

- Ưu tiên ứng viên yêu thích du lịch và tiếp xúc với khách nước ngoài, tác phong tự tin
