In charge all compliance matters of all plants in Fashion Garments 2
Conduct the social compliance audit for subcontractors yearly
Guide the subcontractors how to implement and comply with social compliance standards.
Request Subcontractors to make the corrective action plan and review it before send to buyers.
Oversee Social Compliance tasks about ESH, labor law to ensure buyer’s and government requirements are maintained properly in all units of FGL
Liaise with related department head of each plant/ factory for corrective action plan & follow up to get it done as requirements
Set up policy and procedures which related to Compliance and ESH to set standard in all plants
Update Company policy & Collective Bargain Agreement yearly if required
Conduct monthly internal audit at all plants
Follow up replies for email from Buyers
Prepare set up form for new factory and send to Buyer
Update new requirement on SC field to factory
Attend all Social compliance audit
Contact with supplier to arrange the training/ services for factory (required by law).
Contact with supplier to arrange the training for factory (required by law).
