 To successfully design and build Dynamic 365 to meet the business needs: understand the business process, determine client needs, configure the application in alignment with business needs, ensure Usability.
 Conducting gap analysis between business requirements and software
 Provide input and advice regarding Microsoft Dynamics CRM capabilities, functions and features to clients and prospects
 Is responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
 Is responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources
 Leading workshops and meeting during the implementation periods
 Quality Assurance and Testing.
 Document business requirements, user guide, test script, etc.
