B – Work Description:
ensure customer satisfaction by fulfilling their requirements.
Provides check-in, check-out and other information reguarding to customers and support them during their stay.
Responsible for accurate check in and out of guests
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions via phone, email, mail or social media.
Handle requests from guests as they come in, such as getting extra towels,
showing guests how to use air conditioning and heating and so on.
Set up cleaning schedule every day. Communicate with housekeeping in regards to rooms and issues.
