Director of Marketing – Code: MKT-D- K
* Location: Dong Da, Hanoi
* Salary: from $5000 and open for negotiation
* Job description
• Planning strategies, plans, solutions and organizing the implementation of Marketing activities of the Group;
• Advising the Board of Directors on communication, identity and brand development;
• Building a brand identity and implementing application throughout the Group.
• Plan and organize media campaigns and events to enhance company image and brand.
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant partners, media agencies and service providers for the Company’s marketing activities;
• Build and manage promotional activities and sales promotion.
• Managing brands and organizing business brand development such as shelves, signboards, showrooms
• Organizing the implementation of market research activities and programs;
• Develop tools to measure marketing performance; Organize the evaluation of marketing activities.
• Annual marketing budget planning.
• Train and train employees in charge.

* Job requirements
• Graduated from University or higher in Marketing / Business Administration;
• Experienced 10 years of experience in marketing, including 5 years of experience in the position of Manager / Marketing Manager of a company of 500 people or more;
• Mastering the legal provisions relating to Marketing and Communication activities;
• Has a deep knowledge of Marketing, especially in Brand building and development;
• Fluent English, capable of presentation, training and coaching.
• Be creative, logical thinking, vision and ability to plan well;
• Prioritize candidates with equivalent experience in trading businesses.
