JOB DESCRIPTION
- Consult, answer questions and complaints of customers by phone;
- Convince customers to use the company's services;
- Maintain relationships with customers, support customers regularly;
- Support other departments with issues related to customers;
- Participate in building, deploying, developing social channels to develop products to serve customers;
- Report of customer complaints and follow up of remedies;
- Weekly/monthly customer report to direct manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated with a degree in business, foreign language or law;
- Experience in consulting position, customer care is an advantage;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to negotiate and convince customers;
- Honest, enthusiastic and high responsibility in work;
- Flexible thinking, hardworking, able to work under high pressure;
- Proficient in office computer, Internet ...;
- Good voice and appearance;
- Proactive, fast learner, result-driven, focus on individual and career development;
- English: TOEIC 550 or equivalent.
