1. Position overview:
• Established in 2008, FiinGroup JSC (formerly StoxPlus JSC) possesses more than 10 years of experience in the field of financial information, business information, and consulting services - market research in Vietnam. In October 2014, FiinGroup became an affiliate of Japan's leading media and information group, Nikkei Inc. and QUICK Corporation. With the support of Nikkei, FiinGroup is proud to be a pioneer and ambitious to become a leader of financial information and business information in Vietnam market.
• FiinGroup currently provides three main service categories (i) Financial Information; (ii) Business Information; and (iii) Industry Analysis with a comprehensive database for Vietnam and more than 100 employees in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. In 2019, FiinGroup plans to expand business operations to new service sectors, including financial technology, credit rating and some new services in data application trend, which is strongly increasing in all sectors in Vietnam.
• For Business Development of Business Products and Services, we are looking for [Business Analyst for FiinGate project] in [Hanoi] which is to build a business information platform to meet the demand of developing products and services for FiinGroup.
2. Scope of work
• Develop functional specifications and system design specifications.
• Manage the requirements throughout the product development cycle. Design, describe specification & requirement on necessary documents;
• Define and clarify business requirements then perform further analysis to define detailed requirements
• Consult idea and write instructional documents for development team;
• Follow development progress, support clarify requirements to development team and facilitate to help deliver products successfully
• Assist in quality assurance, provide significant contributions in the testing and debugging of new platform
• Document business and system requirements clearly, comprehensively and make ensure everyone can easily understand
• Work with technical team to design optimal solution
• Support to create training materials and documentation for the new platform’s users
• Perform other responsibilities and tasks assigned by management.
3. Skills and Qualifications
• University Graduate, major: Computer Science, IT, Finance or Business Management.
• At least 1 year of BA experience.
• Have held similar positions or have experience in IT management/ projects
• Strong command of MS SQL Server
• Bigdata understanding is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, able to explain technical subject in a high abstraction level so that business users could understand it well.
• Strong analysis, logical thinking & researching skills;
• Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies;
• Experience in full software development lifecycle & application lifecycle
• Comfort with working across multiple streams in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
