(I) Who we are & What we do:
Founded in 2018 and led by a group of sales & distribution professionals. We are established & have strong competencies and resources to provide professional sales force, sales & distribution services for growing partner’s revenue potentials, expanding local knowledge, market access and market shares on pharmacy channel, and consult for Vietnam market.
Our main duties include: (1) a part or whole of chain of Sales - Distribution; (2) Training/Coaching & consult.
(II) Who are target partners we serve:
new products/brands/companies inside or outside Vietnam country want to penetrate/distribute into the Vietnam market in the shortest time.
the products/companies which have had a good sales volume in the South region only for a while, want to penetrate/grow in the North region as strongly as the South. And oppositely.
the products/companies which have been having sales of 30-100B VND/year, want at the same time:
to increase turnover stably.
to decrease % of sales force cost (fixed salary, bonus, training, uniform, meeting, motivation, holiday, even employees doing many jobs, etc…) & % of the other involved permanent costs such as office, warehouse, vehicles, staff, electricity/water, etc…
the sales force team to operate effectively, professionally and stably.
to outsource a part or whole of sales department for a certain or long period of time.
