- Co-operate with relative departments (sales and warehouse) to process data and issue shipping docs by company system.
- Check and confirm shipping docs from suppliers.
- Co-operate with forwarders to arrange customs declaration and delivery schedule.
- Prepare docs for applying CO, chemical declaration, quality inspection register…
- Check price& book air freight, sea freight, trucking with forwarders.
- Check & record export revenue.
- Check, record & apply for payment of logistics cost.
- Report to logistics supervisor.
- And other jobs assigned by logistics supervisor.
