Your Role We are seeking for talented and experienced leader who share our passion. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Responsible for overall company sales target Build sales strategy and list of potential clients Develop yearly, quarterly and monthly sales plan for the company Closely monitor sales activities and manage team’s performance Responsible for hiring, building and coaching sales members to operate effectively and deliver results Develop and improve detailed system and processes necessary for sales operations Develop and maintain sales training program to maximize results from team members Responsible for target setting for team Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Advise CEO on business and organizational matters Other tasks according to assignment from your direct report
