- Answering customer’s inquiries on Fanpage and collecting orders.
- Monitoring customer relationship database and making weekly sales report.
- Maintaining relationship with customers via inbox, comment, review, group.
- Ensuring fanpage is up to date.
- Producing 4 comprehensive posts in English and Vietnamese every week.
