BUSINESS CONSULTANT (Full-time 2019)

Business Consultant team - one of the most important and core team, is playing an essential role contributing a rapid development and huge ambition of Base for the next few years.

If you are a young, curious and have a strong passion with technology, Base is the ideal environment for you.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Business Consultant at Base, your job will be:

- Understanding how a company runs, which kind of problems that they are facing and handling.

- Digging deeper into customer’s problems (It may about Hiring process, tasks management, process managements,..) and then fix these problems by offering suitable Base applications.

- Negotiating and Convincing customer to use and deploy Base Apps.

- Guarantee the revenue by month, quarter and year.

- Ensuring the satisfaction, building trust and nurturing relationships with customers.

*REQUIREMENTS:

Base is looking for warriors of BC team who are:

- Having experiences in consultant and sales B2B or related fields

- Open minded, proactive and eager to learn

- Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies

- Have good presentation, communication and client relation skills

- Have good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer’s business environment and processes

- Love working with businesses and C-Level

Have the ability to learn complex concepts quickly and translate complicated concepts to an easy-to-understand ways.
