Vị trí tuyển: Customer Service Officer cum Sales Admin

Mô tả công việc
1. Customer service:
 Responsible in execution of agreed company policies and procedures
 Review and monitoring of order processing, price increase implementation, price manual administration.
 Preparation of delivery statements and invoice issuance to customers
 Handle customer complaint: act as focal point to receive complaints from customers, follow up with other relevant departments until resolution of issues.
 Follow up on customer payments and collection.
 Keep track of customer contract database and follow up on actions on contractual requirements and renewals.
 Support documentation requirement as required by business.


2. Sales support:
 Lead generation – identify opportunities from incoming call and ensure handover to appropriate sales personnel and tracking the progress.
 Preparation of sales report and market data.
 Support sales team on admin works especially when sales team are out of office
 Customer data base handling and update
 Sales contract central filling and expiration date monitoring
 Monitoring of index movement which affects business cost
