Vị trí tuyển: Admin Executive (Temp-6 months)

Mô tả công việc
• Office management and working with the vendors for all relevant to Admin work: car rental, meals, maid service, IT service, taxi fare, office rental, parking fee, telephone fee, stationery, sundries, megawan service.
• Manage Company's cars and drivers. Arrange and schedule cars properly for employees due to business usage.
• Prepare payment requests for admin related expenses via SAP system and follow-up with Finance when necessary.
• In charge of office's demands, request buying via SAP system, and coordinate & help other departments to raise purchase request (if any).
• Prepare Invitation letter issued by the company or arrange the Authorized Invitation letter (if required) for colleagues and guests.
• Arrange air-ticket, accommodation booking and visa (if any) for inbound & outbound business trip of all employees.
• Helping overseas guest for booking accommodation, transportation, visa, air-ticket.
• Check & maintain office equipment in a good condition: fax, photocopy, air-conditioner…
• Apply work permit for foreign employees, residence permit, renew Visa for expatriate, documents notarization.
• Controls all the Company Original Licenses/Certificates. Apply any license/certificate for the company (if any). Keep the Company's seal & stamp.
• Typing letters and reports or translating English - Vietnamese and vice versa
